I have shot this normal photo with my Canon R in a tennis court. How can I clarify that this is not AI, which by the way I don't know and I don't use

I would guess the reason is “Problemi di qualità” or “Caratteristiche estetiche o commerciali dell’immagine”. The moderator just selected the wrong reason.

well, it could be possible but It would be the first rejection with this description.  Lately I have had some few rejection, but only with this generic description "Grazie per averci dato la possibilità di valutare la tua immagine. Sfortunatamente, questa immagine non soddisfa i nostri standard di qualità, quindi non possiamo accettarla nella nostra raccolta".  Let's see what they say

That's quality issues. All refusals have generic texts. I tried to explain you that here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/photography-rejected-as-ai-content/m-p/14456780#M79381. Moderators select refusal reason 1 to 6 (or something like that) and that corresponds to the refusal. And the text you see is generic stock text, and translated into all languages. If it pleases you, I can show you the reasons in Japanese. And the text will change, even for old refusals when Adobe decides to modify that, as they did with “Non-compliant Image”. Now my 6 years old refusal shows as possible reasons the AI stuff. 6 years ago, generative AI was no talking point here.

So what is important is the header. It gives you an indication.

  • Quality issues: check exposure, focus, artefacts.
  • IP: check for logos and other identifiers.
  • Non-compliant: check keywords and sometimes also elements in the image.
  • Aesthetic or Commercial Appeal: move on, they think the asset won't sell.

If you are unsure about the possible points that triggered the error, post your asset here in the same quality as submitted and we will look it up.

What rejection reason did they give? Non-compliant Image?

No, a specific answer abou AI. In Italian:

- Utilizzo non conforme del nome di un altro artista.

- Contenuti di IA generativa non dichiarati.

- Contenuti non conformi alle linee guida generali

The header is important. In Italian, it's: “Immagine non conforme”. What you show there is just stock text of no importance, as it gives only some possibilities, and probably, as most of the assets submitted now are generative AI, the most probable topics. But also my very first refusal from 6 yeas ago now shows those topics. Don't consider this text as the absolute reason for a refusal. There are still many others…

The third line is for you.

Adobe Stock uses an algorithm to identify AI images that are not marked as such, and sometimes it gets it wrong. You'll have to contact them via the contact us link on your Dashboard page, include the asset number and ask them to correct the misidentification.
