Photos / Videos not accepted.

I just don't understand why Adobe didn't accept some of my photos/videos for technical quality reasons.  Actually some of my photos have lots of downloads on other sites and some video shots were used in BBC, etc shows. It seems that AI doesn't work all the time.

You should share your photos so may we point out what the possible problem was

The quality requirements by BBC are not the same than those of Adobe. With BBC, the content needs to fit the story. With Adobe, the content needs to fit the quality requirements. BBC will use the content, even if there are minor flaws.

 

Having “lot of downloads on other sites” is no argument. Adobe's turf, Adobe's rules. Post one picture here as submitted, and we will have a look at it.
