The white balance is incorrect, you are missing detail, even that you took this picture at f10. You could have gone lower in your exposure time, to lower the ISO. I suppose the lowest is ISO 100. You have “noise” in the blue and a white halo around the trees. The halo points to excessive sharpening.

The picture has low contrast.

The exposure and contrast seem off to me, the histogram looks good but it still looks a bit washed out to me.  There seems to have a yellow tint to it, with the sky looking a bit purple.  The details are a tad soft but these may be able to be sharpened a bit.

 

I'm having trouble determining what this photo portrays.  I wonder how it would be used?  I'm sure the moderators had the same question.
