Yes. Read your Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement. Adobe does not claim exclusivity on your images. You can sell them wherever you want, assuming that platform allows AI images.

First you always stay and for all assets the copyright owner. You are free to do nearly all kinds of deals. You can only give someone the exclusive right to a picture when that picture has been sold.

For any rejected picture, it would be immoral to reject and block the asset so that it gets lost. Nobody can do that.
