Hi,

I think it would be useful to contact the contributer support directly to solve the problem.

Basically, you should make sure that your ID documents have been sent and accepted correctly, otherwise your images will generally not be included in the selection process.

How to contact them directly? I tried but this Adobe support sites are real pain. My ID is verified.
