Seeking Guidance: Uploading High-Quality AI Content But No Sales Yet – What More is Needed?

Hi Adobe Community, I’ve been consistently uploading high-quality AI-generated content to Adobe Stock, including 20 ultra HD 4K video clips and over 40 AI-generated 4K image assets. I make sure each file meets Adobe’s standards in terms of resolution, quality, and commercial appeal. However, despite my ongoing efforts and focus on cream-level content, I haven’t seen any sales yet. I’m reaching out to understand how much more content, both in images and videos, I might need to upload before I can realistically expect to see some sales coming in. Also, I’m curious to know whether AI-generated content tends to sell well on this platform or if there are any extra steps I should take to improve discoverability and buyer interest. I'm working very hard to build a strong portfolio and would greatly appreciate any advice, tips, or feedback on how to increase my chances of getting sales and growing successfully on Adobe Stock. Thank you!

You need a portfolio of at least a couple of thousand assets before you can expect to receive a recurring level of sales.

No. Nobody can say that.

Some people are doing $2 a week, otheres are doing $1000 a day. If your assets are high in demand and high quality and well described, you will make a fortune.

However, and without offense, I'm always doubtful about self-assessment of the people.

Are you using good titles & keywords?
Is the content accurately described?
Does the content have multiple uses and appeal to a wide range of customers in different sectors?

60 assets is a grain of sand in the Sahara. Don't be discouraged this early in the game. There's not much return on investment until your portfolio gets closer to 1,000 assets. Also, having a diverse portfolio gives your content greater reach. So don't be afraid to mix things up with photos, paintings & vector graphics.

For starters, you need more assets. There are exceptions, but you'll need somewhere in the vicinity of 500 to 1000 assets before you start seeing sales. And AI IS becoming extremely competitive on Adobe Stock.
