Similar images already submitted consider spam?

I am receiving rejection on the base of similar images already submitted is this consider spam?what should i do?

It is said that you can only post a maximum of three similar assets.
If you post too many similar assets, your post will not pass the review.
Also, if you post too many, your account may be suspended.

Posting many similar topics here may also be considered as spam. BTW: Your question is unrelated to Fotolia and Contributor Critique!
