In addition to the technical issues noted previously, I would note that Adobe Stock is absolutely saturated with images of flowers. Yours would have to be technically perfect and unique to be accepted or ever sold. A search for the keyword "flower" in the Buyer portal returns 27.5 million hits. Look for something more unique for your Stock submissions.

Focus: the focus lies on the plant leaves and not on the flowers.

Composition: the background is disturbing.

Noise: I think to see noise in the picture.

Exposure: I'm not sure that the exposure is correct. check the histogram (currently on my iPad, I can't check that).

As I thought: there is an exposure problem:

No blacks, no whites! That makes the picture extremely low in contrast.
