Vectors stuck for a month in the "Under Review" page.

HI,

In the attachment you can see a screenshot of my "In Review" page; These works (vectors) remained behind of two groups of vectors with which they were uploaded a month ago, (reviewed and accepted part of them). But they were left behind as if they are not seen by you (reviewers). Can you solve this problem?

Regards.

Don't worry, sooner or later they will have to be reviewed, there are some really strange things happening at Adobe Stock,Because we are contributors just like you, we don't know how things work for reviewers or what the user interface is like for them.Sometimes you may upload a batch of images, some of them are accepted the next day and some remain pending in review for about a month.

You can't control when images are reviewed, but the best solution is to post continuously , somehow some images slip through the queue or something and get accepted quickly.

The wait time for review varies by season and how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue.  1-3 months is about average.  You're within that time frame.

If you've already waited 1 month, you can wait a little longer. When you delete and resubmit, you lose your place in line and have to start all over.

Adding new images in review in addition to the old ones in the queue in some way may speed up the process.

I don't think reviewers can see the pictures and ignore them, the idea is that they haven't even seen them yet, unfortunately it takes a really long time

We don't know how the reviewers review the photos, some images you post today and get accepted tomorrow, others take a very long time. But try to post more images.Three pictures is too few, and may not put you in the priority of review "I don't really know if there is actually a review priority system or not."

These vectors are lost from their group, each one was in a group of five vectors, that's strange.

This can happen. Lately, my assets have been reviewed in the order that they were submitted, while a couple are passed over. I've taken to calling them "orphans." They are neither rejected nor accepted, but just generally ignored. Not sure why. If they aren't accepted in a couple of months, I'll probably delete and resubmit them.

Good idea to resubmit them later.

Thanks.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. We are a community of fellow Contributors. Reviews of all asset types are running long right now, and there's nothing you can do hasten the process. Be patient.
