Hello people.

This kind of idiocy has been going on for a week now. Video files are not uploaded to the site for further sale. The format is "mp4" and the size is standard widescreen 4k (3840-2160). Cartoon animation.
I tried to download them directly, the file appears first, you can even fill in the data. Then it gives an error: “You have errors in the description” and simply does not allow you to send it for verification. Or when you refresh a website page, the file just disappears! as like fckng ghost!!
I tried to download via filezilla. The download is progressing, but the file simply does not appear on the site.

I wrote to the administration, they responded with some nonsense, as if they didn’t see the problem point-blank.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? How did you decide?

I think a number of people are having issues involving FileZilla. Check this thread. https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/quot-learn-more-option-un-upload-page-...

Might be some ongoing revamps of this site here and there so maybe some technical problems came out of that?

Hopefully the tech people will get things sorted out soon.  🙂

The issues shown in your link are different than what is described here.

MP4 is a container and not a CODEC.

If your description to contributor support was as confusing than you post here then I do understand that they do not see the issue.

You should post a screenshot of what you have put in to earn this error messge.

When you have an issue with the CODEC, the Filezilla uploaded files do not apear in your account, as the system does not understand the file format. That hass beennlike this since the beginning.

If you have had success with prior submissions, you can try uploading one of those to test if something went wrong. You should, however, delete the file immediately after successfully submitting, just to avoid to be caught in spamming the system.
