I don't think the problem is the "pin-up" proportions, since that is typical of wartime art. Other drawing issues have been pointed, which, if corrected, would probably allow the images to be accepted.
The eyes of the first image are looking in different directions. Details are lost in the lash areas and her left iris is crooked.
The second lady right eye is not properly formed. There is an issue with the right side of her mouth. The edge of her mouth is too soft. The earrings are not properly attached to the ears. The edges of the image is not smooth when zoomed.
Both eyes of the third image are looking in different directions. There is also an issue with the finger formation close to the tips.
Tip: On those rare occasions when AI gives you perfect irises or perfect teeth (or after you've edited them to make them so), select, copy and paste them to your Photoshop Library. Blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes, hazel eyes...it will save you tons of time.
