ADOBE KEEPS TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE AT ADOBE CAN FIND MY ACCOUNT

Hi, I am going through the same issue as SEVERAL others in this forum. I have NEVER purchased anything from adobe, yet I have been charged 9+ times in the amount of 19.99!!! I did not authorize these charges and I am so upset with ADOBE. I did the CHAT with Adobe and the representative in the chat cannot find my information OR the debit card that they have been charging for the past 9 months (or longer) NO ONE CAN HELP ME AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS! ......I am ready to go to the BBB or one of the REPORT SCAM sites online to post my issues there. ADOBE CANNOT seem to find my subscription (that I did NOT approve) or my finacial information that they are taking money from. How is this possible? Do the employees there get background checks? Because this seems really fishy!! It Seems like a lot of the same issues are going on with other people as well.
