Adobe Stock Free Trial - got charged immediately

I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and was charged the same day. I initially checked to see if I had a past subscription to Adobe Stock before starting the "trial," and I didn't have a previous one under the email I used. I am just looking for a refund since it hasn't been a full 24 hours that had it and canceled it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Free trials are a once only. You can't use multiple times the same free trial. However, you can cancel anytime during the first 14 days, and you get a full refund. Check the terms and conditions that have been send to you by e-mail. 

 

To cancel the subscription, you should go to https://account.adobe.com/plans. If you cancel and the system asks you an early termination fee, there is a different situation, and you have to pass through customer service.

This was my first free trial for this software (Adobe Stock) at all. I only specified the email because I completed forgot I had an email with Adobe.

I know that the free trial works, as I took it once. I can't check your specific issue, as I am a customer like you. Do not forget to cancel in time, or you will lose your right for a refund.

Free trials can only be used once per person, not once per email. Somehow Adobe must have figured out that it was the same person requesting multiple trials. You'll have to contact Adobe directly using the chat box on this page to request the credit since you cancelled quickly.
