Hello,
Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.
License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....
In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details
It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!

You can't transfer the licence history.
You will need to check that with Adobe customer care. They may be able to help you. Use the admin console to contact them.

Hi Abambo,
Yes if the chat was available... it's always close, I'll try to call the assistance by phone.

I don't know about Italian support, but support in languages other than English is normally limited to office hours. If you switch your language to English (bottom of the admin console), you will get English support on the chat. 😉

No, the support chat is alwasy off-line as you can see... also in english as you can see....

Switch your console to English. And it may well be that your IT or your browser is blocking chat.

Just thinking: If they can't transfer the licence history, ask for the credits, so that you can relicence the assets.

I don't know Abambo,
I'm tired, I'm asking support again and again to my account manager and to adobe but I receive only link to guides that I already seen and nothing works....
The only sure thing is that I'm going to loose 4 years of adobe stock licenses. It's unbelievable

You are confusing me, you changed the ID?
(BTW: for good practice, you will need at least 2 administrators for your admin console)

My account manager, I think, forgot to renew my license (which I paid for in advance like every year, by the way).
So he gave me another contract with another ID and because of this I lost all my Adobe Stock license, cloud link etc....
This is my frustration, I told him a month before the expiration date
