Hi.
I started the Adobe Stock trial subscription and it automatically moved to monthly charges. I had no idea it was an annual plan and had no intention of subscribing to this and certainly not for a year. I paid 3 months of this subscription without using it and without realizing it. Now I do have to leave it and the cancellation page says I will be charged another 146 €.
I hope we can find a solution.

Hi, I am from Mexico and it happenend the same thing to me, I only suscribed for the student plan trial, because I was taking some online lessons, I had no idea it was an annual plan and that if you cancel they will charge you a big cancelation fee, in pesos is even more, I tried to cancel several times, and adobe keeps charging me even more. 😞 I don't even have the money to pay it, and I don't use it.
