On november, 21 I started according to my order history, just for trial, the Adobe Stock -10 images a month (one-year) plan. The first month it is free.
Now, I want to cancel that plan within that first free month,
When I logon to my account that plan is NOT shown in Plans & Products. (I'm only able able to download watermarked images.) I even cannot find any confirmation email of cancelation (in case I've forgotten that I already canceled that plan, you nver know;-)
So I can not cancel that plan.

This is due to the fact that payment was unsuccessful. I can arrange for your Stock subscription to be cancelled, but please be aware that you forfeit any unused licenses if you cancel. You may wish to use the licenses before cancelling and let us know when done.

Hello. I was having the same issue can you please cancel it for me? I'm aware it has a faulty card I was just trying it out. I'd just like it canceled without editing the payment now. Don't want it to charge me. Thank you.

I would like to cancel my adobe stock subscription as I can no longer afford it. However its trying to charge me £95 to cancel. Please help as I can't afford to pay for the rest of the year, I already pay £25 a month for creative cloud all apps.
