Cannot download assets!

hello, 

 

i guess there is a bug in the stock.adobe. i cannot download assets with credits. never happened before...

UPDATE: adobe couldn't solve the issue, but refund the money i paid for the credit... they said this happened in the past and usually it worked again after the user paid again for another credit. i didn't try this, but i found a workaround: i created a new account, taking advantage of the first free promotional month for my downloads.

yes, thanks. i also spoke with mitali from adobe and he said they'll get back to me. tried dfifferent browser, and also different connections (i.e. 3g gsm mobile), with same result, same error messages...
