Adobe Stock downloads are abysmally slow. It takes 20 minutes to download a 10mb image. This is seriously affecting my ability to do my job, as I need many assets for my projects. I have tried all of the copy/paste response fixes, like clearing cache, trying different browsers, and making sure anti-virus/firewall isn't blocking. Nothing has helped.

There was an issue on the site yesterday that affected performance. This has since been fixed. Please sign out, clear your history and try again. It's possible your browser is cached on the old site data and clearing today would fix the issue on your end. Let me know if there is any improvement or not.

I did as suggested. Nothing has changed. I initiated a download of a 5MB image nearly 10 minutes ago and it's only at 0.3 right now and doesn't even seem to be making progress anymore. I have 1000GB internet, a file that size should have taken a second to download.

Is anyone on this thread having trouble viewing libraries on the Adobe Stock site?

Yes, the libraries are behaving strangely. I tried clicking on one of the images and the page keeps flickering between showing it and collapsing it with the page becoming sluggish or unresponsive.

I am having this exact same issue - just within the last 24 hours images are taking over 60-70 minutes to download - and most of the time, I receive an error message. I thought it was my internet router - so I replaced it today with the fastest one from ATT. That didn't help. I tried other websites, like Unsplash - photos are downloading within 20 seconds or less (5MB). Help, please!

I did everything suggested as well. Clearing the cache and history, signing out, using a different browser, etc. I also had another person try to download on their machine/browser/account with the same issue. I approved FPO photos that I need to download for a deadline!

Downloading any image from Adobe Stock is currently impossible. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple devices using multiple ISP's.
Same result. Please help.

There appears to be an ongoing problem, as there are multiple reports on slow download speed.

it has not been fixed - cleared my caches in multiple browsers and downloads are still insanely slow. the issue is your servers, fix it.

Hey Support Community,
I'm currently having wild download times for images on Stock. Is there an issue for anyone else? Everything was fine yesterday. Thanks!

I've seen similar sentiments from others, but I'm unable to use any of the stock I've licensed this week due to the slogging download speeds. I've checked my organization's Network Speeds, I've tried other browsers, I've cleared my cache- nothing makes these items download any faster. Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated!

We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this.
Several users have found that they are able to complete their downloads by using a VPN.

Unfortunately the VPN method isn't working much better, but I'm glad it's working for some. Hope to see this fixed soon.

@WendellaBee Can a rep get us our photos? I'm struggling to figure out how to contact anyone about this.

Please mark us as also experiencing this issue. I am extremely upset that the chat box support agent today blamed it on our own firewall. Why aren't they aware of the issue? Anyhow, we are not using a firewall and have made no ISP changes since this began yesterday. We've tried restarting, logging in/out, clearing cache/history, using WIFI (same ISP), multiple office computers. No luck. AT&T is our ISP in West Texas. Downloads taking more than an hour for stock. We are at a standstill.
