Hallo zusammen, als langjährigen Kunde möchte ich für einen Kalender 2023 das Foto mit der Nr. 391613330 verwenden. Es darf aber nur für „Editorial _Use_Only“ verwendet werden. Der Kalender wird an deutsche Krankenhäuser verschenkt, ist also nicht kommerziell. Darf ich das Foto für den Kalender benutzen?

Ein Kalender ist keine Editorial-Use-Situation. Dabei ist es ganz gleich, ob der Kalender verkauft oder verschenkt wird. Und es ist des Weiteren unerheblich, dass er an Krankenhäuser geht. Und es gibt auch keine Relation zu der Länge der Geschäftsverbindung mit Adobe. Editorial-Use sind Situationen wie in einem Blog, in einer Zeitung ...
