What @Abambo writes is still true for all paid Adobe Stock assets.
However, the good news is that there are now indeed free Adobe Stock videos – many of them – which are unwatermarked and free to download & use for most purposes. More details here:
Download Over 40,000 HD and 4K Videos from Adobe Stock, Free
(These are part of the new "Free Collection," which is now up to over 1 million assets of all kinds.)
Regarding YouTube, note these licensing terms for all Adobe Stock videos:

There are no "Adobe free stock videos". And you can't use watermarked assets except for preparing your work to show a client prior to buying the asset. All other use would consist a (c) infringement and could expose you to (c) claims.
This is not only true for Adobe, but for all stock footage providers. You need to acquire the license to use the data.

I wasn't aware of the free stock video collection. I wouldn't, however, use the watermarked version here, as this looks like unlicensed assets. And for sure, free does not mean rights free, so you still need to follow the licensing terms, which is for video probably more forward than for image assets as the licence type coming with the asset is enhanced.

Free. What is free? I click for 10,000 free images but there is a montly limit that only lasts for a month. Am I missing something? Where is the library of free images & videos?

Hi Lisa,
As of today, there are over 335 million assets available through Adobe Stock. Most of these are paid; however, there is a collection of around 1 million assets (of all kinds) which are completely free for all to download.
Of those, currently over 40,000 are professional-shot video clips, as described with more info in the article linked above.

There are two sources of free images. Look at this picture (not in email)
1. Choose FREE next to the search box to search in the free images. There are over 800,000 free assets (images, videos etc.)
2. If you want the full collection (over 100,000,000 assets) you can get a free trial with 10 free assets. After the trial you will pay for a year - unless you cancel ! If you signed up for this be sure you realise this, and cancel as needed !!
