Just like the title says I am being sued for an image I purchased on Adobe Stock.  In the terms and conditions it says:

" we will defend any thirdparty claim, action, or legal proceeding made against a person or entity during the term of the Terms that alleges that you or your Affiliate’s use of the Indemnified Stock Asset or Indemnified Firefly Output directly infringes the third-party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or privacy rights (“Infringement Claim”). We will pay thedamages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities directly attributable to an Infringement Claim and which are either finally awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a written settlement agreement signed by us."

The problem is I have been trying for a week to get in touch with Adobe's legal department and have had no luck.  I was wondering if anyone else has been in this spot and could point me in the right direction.

Though this page doesn't directly apply to your situation, it does include an address for Adobe's Legal Department. I would suggest sending a report of your predicament in writing to Adobe.
(sorry - my iPad won't copy the URL of the page so I'm including a screenprint)

that didn't work either.... Google Adobe Intellectual Property Removal Policy

Here's the address shown in that page:

Just out of interest, what did you use the image for & which licence did you purchase for usage? How are you being sued?
