I have a current full CC subscription, but Adobe Stock wants me to sign up for trial?

I need to download a stock file, but although I have a full CC subscription the stock site keeps prompting me to sign up for the free trial. I've made sure my apps are up-to-date, signed out an in several times, and tried a few different browsers, but the problem persists. Is this an issue at my end or Adobe's?

Adobe Stock is a separate subscription, not automatically included with your Creative Cloud subscription.

It's listed in my plan contents, and I was downloading stuff from it last week?

Hmmm. I suppose you'll have to contact customer support to determine why it has gone missing...

What exact Creative Cloud subscription do you have? The only Subscriptions I'm aware of that include Adobe stock assets is a Creative Cloud Pro and above subscription, available to Teams & Enterprise accounts.

If you have such a subscription, contact your internal IT support. They may be able to help you.

If you do not have such a subscription, you either have a stock plan or you were licensing items from the free library. To check if you have a stock plan, go to htts://account.adobe.com/plan and check what plans you have. As @Jill_C pointed out, Creative Cloud does not include Adobe stock.

And there is no issue at Adobe's end.

I'm having the same issue as a subscriber of creative cloud all apps and I'm not part of a team nor a enterprise account however it says I have credits per month yet keeps making me sign up for a free trial if I try to download any clips

You have Generative AI credits as part of your CC subscription, but you don't have an Adobe Stock subscription.

Except if you have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription or above, available only to Teams & Enterprise customers.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I think I figured it out

I was having the same issue

You have to use firefly through one of the apps

it's pretty misleading when they say you have credits per month for adobe stock
