Not able to download images

It's been two days now and I'm unable to download images from stock. All my deadlines have had to stall because of this issue. I've been told this would resolve in 24 hours but nothings changing. Is anybody else having the same issue.

your not alone- 

My issue: When I click on 'license' the loading animation within the blue button continues to rotate- Sometimes after a while- it will say 'licensed' however the file does not download, nor does it appear in my license history.  

Here is a list of the things I've tried:

  • Cleared browser history, cache, cookies, 
  • Logged out and back into adobe account
  •  Tried using firefox, chrome and safari
  • Tried on a different computer (same network)
  • Tried on a completely different network 

I contacted support yesterday and they advised me to wait for a few hours and try again. Its now been 72 hours and the issue still persists.

I've been reaching out to them for the last 4 days and nothing has changed.
