Hello, can someone please help me cancel my plan. It won't let me manage it as it displays the message "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

In addition it seams that you can't cancel when the payement is being processed (probably the first day of a paid subscription).

Please cancel my plan. I find the lack of ability to manage your account disturbing and the lack of date when you will be able to manage it. It seems like it is done on purpose so that you cannot cancel until after the trial expires.

I have checked your account details under the Adobe ID shared with forums and noticed that you had an Acrobat Pro DC subscription which has already been cancelled. However, I am unable to locate any active Adobe Stock subscription under this ID.
Have you perhaps taken another trial with a different Adobe ID which has an Adobe Stock subscription or were you referring to the cancellation of your Acrobat DC subscription?

I signed up for free trial and there's no way i can cancel it. I find the message "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly." keep coming up. I tried the chatting service but the program seems not working appropriately. I would like to have my plan cancelled asap.

There is no Adobe Stock subscription under the Adobe ID you are using on the forum.

Often posts from newer users will get flagged for moderation. Nothing to worry about, it just sits in a queue until one of us moderators can approve of it. Usually only takes a few minutes.

You can self-cancel. on account.adobe.com go to plans, choose your plan, click "Manage Plan" and click "Cancel plan".
