I payed for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock on September 23rd, but I realized I wouldn't used it that much, so I canceled both plans on October 10th, and the mail they sent me said that both plans ended on October 10th and that I would get a reimbursement on the following 5 days.
Today is October 14th and still nothing. I'm kind of worried.

Today is a Saturday. Tomorrow is Sunday. If they said 5 days they probably meant 5 business days which means early next week.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum, so we can't advise on Adobe's internal business processes.

How can I directly address it?

Once 5 business days have passed, if you still do not have the refund, contact Adobe using the "contact us" link in your account or use the chat icon.

Didn't they say business days? Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays.

OK, I'll take that for granted. I'm rarely (never) get a refund from Adobe. I cancelled all my trials until now in time.
This is the official Adobe statement on the Adobe helpx page:
A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
Unfortunately, they say nothing about the refund timing, but I know from other posts, that refunds are processed manually.

Please let us know. The 17th should be the day, but it may well be, that the bank still takes 2 days for processing.

No, I do not think so. Your account gets credited and that's it. You should watch your account. The same account you used to pay for the subscription.
