Hiya, I am wanting to request a refund but cannot find anywhere to do that. I tried the live chatbox but does not lead me in the right direction. Can someone please help me with finding an email to contact maybe?
Or do I not even need to request one? I accidentally forgot my trail ended and got charged today but canceled the subscription straight after I saw the payment go out today, do I need to request a refund for that or will it automatically give out the refund?

If you had taken the 30day free trial and you got charged today and cancelled, you will be automatically refunded, as you are well into the 14-day refund window.
If your subscription renewed today, you got charged an early termination fee, as you should have cancelled during your last month of the subscription. If that is the case, you need to contact Adobe customer care and see what they can do for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
