Hi,I have been a subscription member of Adobe Stock for almost a year in which time I had built up a considerable amount of unused assets.I cancelled my subscription due to the fact I hadn't used the assets I had already paid for and I was going to continue with my subscription once I had used them.Since cancelling my subscription, you have taken all my unused assets, these are assets that I have already paid for through my subscription. I would like my assets back or the £100 odd that I have paid you for absolutely no reason.Cheers.

Hi Aaron,Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 26 Jan 2018. The subscription has been cancelled.You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.For more information, please refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock The images which are already downloaded always remain in your license history.Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.Regards,Twarita
