Guys, such a problem, in February I signed up for a free trial subscription, and a month later I canceled it and closed it. but not so long ago I was billed for 33 dollars and the money was withdrawn. Is it possible to cancel the subscription and get a refund? And then when trying to cancel the plan, I get a fine of $ 184, although I didn’t overdue the payment, and only a few hours have passed since the withdrawal of funds.
and only a few hours have passed since the withdrawal of funds.

That can't be, as the withdrawals are each month on the 23. as of your second screenshot. If you cancelled your subscription, you got a confirmation by e-mail. Contact Adobe customer service, and show them the confirmation.
