You need to see the asset when searching the website/app from your locale, which is Qatar. Users from this country have restricted access to Adobe Stock.

Could you please provide more details regarding the issue? Are you attempting to license using your personal profile or a company profile? Also, I'm not seeing any Adobe Stock product assosiated with the account you are currently using on the forums.

Hi @mohammad297798716wcq, the screenshot you shared doesn't appear to be from Adobe Stock. Is that Adobe Express or any other Adobe products?

yes dear it is adobe express, but as you know i can open adobe stock photos and that is from where i took the snap photo

The problem may be that you changed your region. You can only licence which is open for licence with the region that is attached to your account. What country are you in? Some countries have access to only a restricted number of assets. The reason for this is unknown to me, but I suspect that local laws require additional vetting for the assets.
