Unlicense Accidental Adobe Stock Purchase

I accidentally licensed #94925804. I deleted the file using a screen in Adobe Stock, but the system doesn't show a credit on my unused images. Is there a way to get a credit for the image I accidentally licensed, haven't used, and have deleted?

Hi Scott,

As you have mentioned that you have licensed an image accidentally, I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.

Hope that helps!

Feel free to reach out to us for any other issue.

Hi, I have also just accidentially licenced an image. I clicked on the 'License' button, thinking it would give me details of the image and license, I didn't expect it to license the image imediately, I find this very misleading, a confirmation second click should be present here, I can see on the forum that this happens a lot! The image is #587435275 I have not downloaded it or used it. Please advise. Thanks.

I did answer on your other thread. I will lock this one now. @twaritar3263062 isn't handling requests of this type anymore.
