I suppose it's possible that it's a premium image which requires more credits than you have available.

No, it says for a standard license and costs 1 credit, I have ten

Do you have more than one Adobe logon ID? Is it possible that your stock subscription is under a different ID?

Also, I can see by your Adobe ID that you are located in Turkey. Users from Turkey have restricted access to Adobe Stock. If you don't see the asset when searching the site from your locale, https://stock.adobe.com/tr then the asset is not available to you.
