My account is blocked! Why?

If your account got closed, then it has a valid reason. To know why that happened, check your emails or contact Customer Carejacquelingphoto2017's post could also be enlightening - did you violate against any of these points by any chance?

On a serious note: Personal attacks against Adobe Staff members or any other users here won't lead you anywhere. No one is bullying you. However, if you break the rules Adobe has set for its services, then you will have to face the consequences.

Even not knowing the reasons, I doubt that accounts get blocked for NO reason.This simply would hurt also Adobe. Look into the e-mails you got from Adobe.

Hi

Sorry to hear about the suspension of your account.

Some examples of prohibited activities that can lead to suspension or total cancelation are:

  •    Spamming of content, such as multiple submissions of identical, or almost identical files
  • Irrelevant or spamming of keywords or titles
  • Purchase of own content to increase sales rank and boost search results
  • Copying of other artists’ files or keywords
  • Submitting public domain content
  • Submitting infringing, illegal, or pornographic content

Also if you keep getting rejection for none compliant and you do not satisfy the request, but keep resubmitting the same image, that could lead to suspension.
