Hello, can someone please help me cancel my plan. It won't let me manage it as it displays the message "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

nB you cannot cancel if there are payment issues.

 

In addition it seams that you can't cancel when the payement is being processed (probably the first day of a paid subscription).

I get the same message while trying to cancel my subsciption, while in the payment confirmation they give the option.

Cancellation Terms:

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel during the first month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged, and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Hi, I'd like to cancel my subscription also as it's not what I wanted but I can't due to the same issue as the original poster.

Hello, I just did my adobe acrobat pro free trial but I don't want it, I really want to cancel it immediately. Just like I can see for everyone, I cannot manage my plan. Please give me access to mange it, or just cancel my subscription and send me a confirmation for it.

I talked to the customer service in the chat and they said that you are not able to manage your subscription plan before Adobe received the payment for the first month.... I was able to cancel it approx. 24 hours after my payment (which Adobe refunded a few days later...)

Although resolved, this is a very complicated and frustrating way to try to keep customers (as I guess many of them just forget about cancellation on time...)

That’s a false indication. You are able to cancel the first (free) month.

Same for me, it looks like they're stopping me cancel my subscription by blocking me with this message.  I'm not sure this is entirely legal?

Hi Adobe Team, I would also like to cancel my plan (Acrobat Pro DC). I'm unable to cancel myself (u'll be able to manage your plan shortly) and I really want to cancel before the trial expires!

I'm having the same problem like everyone else... Is this how you expect people to keep paying for those subscriptions?

"You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"... did you add a 24 hour delay by any chance? so people can't cancel immediately after subscribing for a trial? You expect us to forget about it and you hope well be charged in 7 days if we forget to cancel?

Not very nice, is it?
