License expiration on Steam

Hello.

 

I received this message when I launched the app today. I would like to know more details, as I have a licensed version purchased on Steam.

I see another post with the same question, but it seemed to me that the answer there was not clear enough. Will I lose my license for this program in 5 days?

 

P.S. "Substance 3D Painter 2022" - Version: 8.3.1

Thank you for your report.

 

This error notification should obviously not pop up. Do you have Creative Cloud installed on your computer? This could be a start for us to investigate.

Hello.

 

No, I don't have Creative Cloud installed, but I did have Adobe Genuine installed. I solved the problem by uninstalling Adobe Genuine. I don't know where it came from on my computer, maybe it was installed with Acrobat Reader, but I'm not sure.

 

The problem is now solved. Thank you for responding to my request.

I keep getting this notification about once every half hour and it appears on top of all windows. It makes it difficult to work with the program.
