UV seam artifacts

My uv looks like this in SP, idk why, I have 7 texture sets, everything else baked good and this one didnt... Normals are recarculated and everything looks ok in blender & marmoset.

These kind of artifacts can be due to many things, but from the picture you have sent, I would check if adding a bit more space between UV islands helps.

 

Also, does increasing the UV size (from 2048 to 4096 for example) remove or lower the artifacts?
