Hi,

I need support to resolve a situation regarding a Credential, I completed the "Adobe Content Creator Professional Certificate" on Coursera, and I don't receive my Credly badge, I contact Coursera Support and Credly Support, and my response is:

"Thank you for responding and providing those details. This is Riri and I'll be here to assist you further.

Upon checking, I was able to confirm that the Adobe Content Creator Professional Certificate badge is managed and issued by Adobe, not Coursera. You may also check out the badge's Earning Criteria to confirm the conditions for the badge to be issued.

On this matter, I highly recommend you reach out to Adobe Customer Support for the issuance of your badge."

this is the link to my coursera profile, which shows the completion of my certification course

and here, credly credential

I have completed but i don't receive my badge, and receive this response for my case.
for enter on contact with Adobe Suport.

I contacted support staff via chat, who redirected me to the community. I need to know how to resolve this situation, I just want to issue my badge. And so far I'm just being directed from one side to the other.

    Hi Wagner,

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the back-and-forth you experienced. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and I appreciate your patience.

Your badge has now been reissued—please check your email for a notification from Credly.

For any future credential issues, the best way to flag them is by using the "Flag an Issue" option at the bottom of any Coursera page or by reaching out to Coursera Support, as they handle badge verifications and course completions.

I appreciate your understanding, and congratulations again on earning your Adobe Content Creator Professional Certificate!

    Best,

    Liana

This Adobe product user-to-user community can't help you. We have nothing to do with Coursera, Credly or the parent company Pearson. That's a separate company from Adobe.

I have the same concern and issue since finishing it December 27. Contacted Credly, Coursera and Adobe and they aren't helping resolve. I'm beginning to think this is a fraud or misalignment as I cannot understand what cannot be resolved since it is the three of them who made the course available and the badge made available through the NON-WORKING Credly link provided via e-mail. No matter how you provided necessary information they all need. It seems it is not getting anywhere since they are just pointing fingers and causing confusion. Very disorganized.

    Hi thefawkeskin,

I completely understand your frustration, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and back-and-forth you’ve experienced. This is definitely not the experience we want for learners, and I appreciate your patience while this was sorted out.

Your badge has now been reissued—please check your email for a notification from Credly.

I also want to clarify that we don’t actively monitor this community space. For any future credential issues, the best way to flag them is by using the "Flag an Issue" option at the bottom of any Coursera page or by reaching out to Coursera Support, as they handle badge verifications and course completions.

Again, I truly appreciate your patience, and congratulations on earning your Professional Certificate!

    Best,

    Liana

My badge still isn't visible on Credly nor any email received both inbox and spam.

I've been trying to resolve the situation for a few days now. I've already
contacted several departments at Adobe, and they always refer me to another
department. I've been through at least 6 departments and have received
different recommendations on where to resolve the situation, but no one has
resolved the issue. Credly support told me to contact Adobe directly. At
Adobe, they referred me to the community. From the community, they referred
me to several different service centers, but the situation remains the
same. I still don't have my badge and no solid feedback. It feels like
they're always pushing me to the next person and there's no solution to the
    problem.

As stated in my first message, I contacted Credly, Coursera, and everyone indicates that I should contact the Adobe Community, as the person responsible for issuing the Badge is Adobe.
Within all possible systems here at Adobe,
I have already made my attempt to contact support, and to all the places that were requested here. And even so, I remain without an official response, as I believe the other members present here have the same problem.
I emphasize that I have other certifications, I know how the processes work, and this has never happened.
I really await an official position from Adobe.
