PDF links not working - why??

I've created a pdf document in Canva and exported it as a flat pdf as it's multiple pages. I can't get the links to work. I'm on a free plan. It's driving me nuts. Any ideas?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This is not an Adobe question.

Adobe gave PDF to an ISO many years ago. Since then other companies can make PDFs and they vary with how good they are. A PDF that you create in Canva does not involve Adobe, so you might ask on the Canva forum for assistance: https://www.canva.com/help/contact-us/
