It would help if you posted the picture. You might try the brush tool at low opacity an gently paint white to suit. Also you could select the eyes with one of the selection tools, and try to brighten with a Levels adjustment layer, or with a Brightness/contrat adjustment layer.

I think that what OP has in mind is to open PSE-Editor when right clicking on a picture file to get to the context menu. Apparently in Windows 11 it requires a registry edit in order to populate the menu with PSE as an additional option. how to add an option in windows 11 main context menu , not in - Microsoft Community

Maine Man, You are correct. The area surrounding the circle is transparent, as denoted by the checkerboard pattern. The 2 segments inside are not transparent. To fix this, do the following: 1.Open the image, duplicate the background layer, shut off its visibility and work on the background copy layer. 2. Activate the Magic wand tool. On the tool's option bar, set the tolerance to 32 and check "contiguous." 3. Left click on one inside segment, and hit delete on the keyboard. Press CTRL+D to get rid of the selection outline ("marching ants" 4. Repeat step #3 for the other segment. 5. For demonstration I have cleared one of the segments.

The program does not provide for this. Each picture file needs to be opened so that enhancements can be made. You can deposit multiple picture in the Photo bin and bring them up to the workspace. Perhaps I am missing something, so feel free to repost.

@dietere76569231 1. Open your picture file. In the Layers palette you should see this as "Background" 2. Use one of the selection tools and make your selection. Once this is complete, press CTRL+J to place the selection on its own layer. This will be Layer 1 3. Right click on the Background layer in the palette and delete the Background layer 4. You will be left with the selection surrounded by transparency in Layer 1 5. Save this as JPEG file. You will have the selection without a background to be used at your discretion.

1. It is a good idea to save a copy of the original image file in case you wish to enhance it subsequently as you gain more experience. 2. If you have multiple layers as a result of editing, you can be selective as to which layers to combine. a. Open a blank layer at the top of the stack of layers b. In the layers palette, shut off the visibility of the layers that you do not wish to incorporate (left click on the layer icon) c. With the Blank layer at the top active, press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E. This creates a "stamp visible" layer d. The below layers are still preserved, so if you are not happy with the result in step c, simply delete it and start over/fix it.

The keyboard shortcut CTRL+E is to merge down To flatten the image (i.e. merge all visible layers) use Shift+CTRL+E

I suspect that this is to coerce you to transition to two-step verification. I had a similar experience yesterday with a vendor that I have used for years. My Facebook account was hacked, and now eveything is in Chinese when I access the site, and I can't read the script to delete the account.

@Teacher317604688m53 Try this: 1. Open the picture file. I used the one with the shoes for demonstration 2. Activate the Magnetic lasso tool and make a selection of the white skin of the left foot. 3. Once the selection is complete, place it in its own layer. Press CTRL+J 4. Open a Hue/saturation adjustment layer above this and link the 2 layers. Press CTRL+G 5. In the dialog that opens, check the "Colorize" box, and work the Hue/saturation/lightness sliders to match the skin tone of the left leg. 6. Merge the 2 layers Press CTRL+E 7. Repeat steps 2-5 for the right foot.

"Or any other solution that would make the titles visible over all parts of the photo." Suggest that you title the files manually, rather than via a semi-automatic batch process. You can choose a contrasting color for the font, and in the Effects palette there are multiple options, e.g. outer glow, that can be applied to the text.

Since there are only a few picture files that you wish to share, I suggest that you type the pertinent information below the picture. You will have absolute control and are not limited by other software programs. 1. Open a picture file 2. Go to Image>Resize>Canvas size and extend the canvas by 25% in height (i.e 125%). Click on the anchor point in the 12 o'clock position & ok it 3. Activate the Type tool and enter the data

If you are trying to print via Editor and you encounter this problem, try printing from Organizer, or, vice versa. The print engines are not the same. You should reset preferences to default, as that may fix it. Go to Edit>Preferences>General and click on the button to reset on next launch.

Are you using a wireless mouse? You may have the Paint App on your computer. If so, try drawing & cropping as a test to see if there is a delay there as well.
