Hello there, I've got a simple 4-page pamphlet with some text boxes and a few imported Ai designs. Illustrator is telling me that I have 6 missing links. All of them are text boxes. I'm editing an AI template with mostly some text. I had some missing fonts issue when opening the document, but I replaced the missing fonts by another font that suits as well. When I look at my AI document, depending on my display percentage, the fonts display weirdly. It's like not all the letters display at the right size / proportion depending on the display size of the document. I tried with very common fonts, Helvetica Neue and Avenir Next and the problem is the same. Bellow a simple example screen shot: A paragraph header in Avenir Next medium, displaying at 200%. As you can see the U seem taller, the o seem smaller. Same paragraph header displaying at 150% Here all the proportions look correct. It's an issue when choosing fonts. I often display the documents between 100 and 200% while working on them in AI. Any ideas ? ... View more

Hello all, I've designed a pamphlet cover page in Illustrator. I placed the design in my Indesign layout. Both page formats are the same, A5 with 5 mm bleed.. it will be printed. The issue is that on the back pyramid / mountain, between the two sides there is a thin blue line. We can basically see the sky blue background. This is wired because in my AI document we cannot see that line. Please help I place below a few screenshots to explain. As you can see, we do not have a thin blue background line here. Another question. As you can see there is a color shift between the different sources. The PDF export has a red which is more orange like. This is wired because I set my AI document, my Indesign document both with the same color profiles: Coated FOGRA39 And when exporting to PDF I do "Convert to destination" and I select the same profile: Is there something I'm doing wrong ? ... Hello all, Working in Ai CS6 here, creating a cover page for a pamphlet in A5 size. I've set my artboard to the size I want with a bleed on each side (for printing). When trying different design version, I copy my artboard in the same Ai file and work on my design changes on the new artboard. Many of my shapes are going further than my artboard boundaries and bleed boundaries. Thus when looking at my work, I don't see the A5 format, but the entire board with all the shapes sticking out on each side. I've tried the different preview modes "overprint" and "pixel" but it doesn't impact that aspect. So far the only way of looking at the work without seeing the shapes off limits is to export.
