hi jeff,, no offence but I dont think the issue is in downloading ....the error comes up when he is installing the software hence even he download the file on the other system and then copy and paste the installer and run , it will give the same error but there is no harm in trying atleast. I think we need to completley remove the adobe from the compuer , each and every folder and even the registry entry and then install the adobe reader and in this You can help and guide the steps and location to Ivosevci to delete. ... I mean installing it from a new user account, and can we know the operating system you are on. it is a invalid upgrade because adobe doesn't allow upgarde from the suite to point product. and it is the reason your serial number is not working, you have to contact adobe support to get this thing sorted out. ... View more
