Try this; Reset the preferences: Press Ctrl-K Click on "Reset Preferences on Quit" in the "General" tab and press OK to confirm. Press OK to close the Preferences window. Restart Photoshop. ...or, give CC 2020 a chance! 🙂

You can install XD 31.2.12 inside your CC Desktop App… Even if that's just a temporary work around. (V32 is very bad)

Seriously, who @ the XD team came up with this move? Shortcuts with ALT/Option + a number. On Swiss/French Keyboards the # is made like this. And still no custom Shurtcuts/Prefs in XD 😞 @Preran

hey @livia did you try to create a NEW/FRESH user on your PC (what version, what system?) – does it happen as well? Do you use any font-management software beside the system software? why not using this one? https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Raleway 😉

Hi @jeremyp7143294 I got the absolute same problem in my latest prototype. PDF viewed in Google Chrome, Acrobat Reader & Pro is all good. Only MacOS Catalina's PREVIEW (even the thumbnails) messes the Image up. Flipped and scaled. It happens ONLY with masked forms (image masked with vector form), not with simply placed images. Unfortunately XD's PDF-Export was never good – and neither was Apple Preview. So sorry @Ares_Hovhannesyan that was not a solution – any other ideas? Which settings then?

It looks like you have «Responsive Resizing» enabled in the properties panel… Can you please SELECT the objects, to show us, how it was build (vectors/points).

Hi @DesignUnicorn Your problem is a known issue in many universities/schools – please contact the IT-Administrators and your Instructor at your institution to update XD. Thanks @Preran that's very helpful – for my trainings and customers. Feedback/Thoughts; Why is Adobe still running after Sketch? It looks that MANY designers switch to https://www.figma.com/ right now. Browser-based and they do a lot of things just right.

Hi Suzuka-j Do you still face this problem? (I personally can't confirm this kind of issues working with XD crossing Macs and Platforms.) We need to know, what VERSION of Adobe XD you exactly use, in order to help you better… Please make sure, that both fonts are 100% the same (TT, PS, OT – and not mixed) What font exactly did you use?

Hi Julie–Liang As far as i know, there's absolutely NO guarantee (or promise) that AI shows/interprets an existing PDF/X-4 file correctly (or as wished). It also depends how and with which software-tool the PDF was created. If you wanna have AI functionalities kept, choose this option in the Export. But then, its no PDF/X-4 file anymore, at least in theory…
