If it help Bob I had an ablation years ago after heart surgery and I am still here to cause trouble. My procedure lasted 6 hours and I remember most of it as they keep you in twilight zone so you can communicate- at least that was the way it was for me. It also has to do with what app you are printing from and if colour spaces are synchronized across all applications and also if you choose the printer or the app to handle the color.  I have found what works for me. There are many factors that come into play. ... View more

Derek- late to this thread but wish to state that I have an Epson printer. When I first acquired (yes it is a CMYK printer) I set up my files accordingly. What happened caused me to change all my files to RGB for the color was truer to the screen (yes a calibrated screen). If I am sending a file out to another printer (other than an offset printer which will always be CMYK file) I request samples to access or I request a hard copy proof. And most importantly you have to have the vision to translate this into a "logo" for them. There is no finding only searching your own creative thinking process. Logo development is a very special skill in creating and there is NO quick or easy way to accomplish this. As JET has stated above if you are creating for yourself or another then the process has no quick or easy way to accomplish. You cannot go on the internet and pluck a "logo" and if you do find something that is close and you use then you are open to a lawsuit for copyright or registered trademark laws. Agree with Myra. I also have a Mac Pro that is maxed out and I have no issues with the software. Yes, all software has its issues that are related to coding or user issues which usually is my problem with any software that I work with and they are many. Your issues should go directly to Adobe as Myra has stated. If you do not receive reply there please post here and we will try to get an Adobe engineer involved. If these issues can be tracked it will only help to strengthen the software and all use use it. ... View more

I have also had issues with this and have not received an answer from Adobe. The only app I have not been able to install is Animate.
