Adobe make it very clear which are annual plans and when charges will start. You have to pick one to get to the next step. This is Photoshop - the highlighting is mine - only one of the plans (the most expensive) can be cancelled at any time. Hi , I don't see any moire - just anti-aliasing on the edges.   Note - all vectors in Photoshop, whether imported or created with Photoshop's own vector tools are displayed as rasters using the pixels of the document. You are zoomed in to 1261% so each pixel in your image is being displayed using approx 160 pixels on your screen. That is why you are seeing both individual image pixels and the anti-aliasing used along edges to give a smooth result. When judging sharpness or any image artifacts use 100% zoom.
