The blue box is actually indicating the "ood" is selected.  Because those were written with a pen, Acrobat views them as multiple annotations. So you'd have to delete them all individually. Or you could select the first, then shift + click on each remaining one, so you have them all selected and then delete them all at once. ... View more

The yellow box aroun ANCHOR was not makde with Acrobat's highlighting tool. I suspect it was done in the CAD application. You're on the right track, though, as it looks like you've got the EDIT tool enabled. Try clicking on the yellow box behind ANCHOR, copying it and pasting it. You are corect. The order of the comments is according to the order in which they appear in the page vertically. Honestly, I've been using Acrobat for 20 years, and you're the first person I've ever seen ask about this. Sorry it's giving you trouble.   There is a workaround: Go to Preferences > Commenting > Uncheck "Always use login name for author name."   Then you can change the Author name of the comments: Column 1 Column 2, etc.   Then sort by Author name.     You could also highlight each column in a different color and sort by color.   ... So sorry to hear you're having trouble. Sadly, there is no way to do this from Acrobat. Assuming you have "Copy selected text into Highlight..." checked in your Acrobat preferences, you'd then have to manually copy and paste all the content from each content into a spreadsheet, word doc, etc.   If you didn't have that box checked, and thus your comments don't contain the content of what you highlighted, you would actually need to go back and reselect each bit of text and then copy and paste it into your word doc (or where ever). It's a pain, I know.   For what it's worth, Bluebeam Revu has this feature. You can export your comments to a CSV or PDF and then do with them whatever you want. ... View more

I can't to process them all at once. In the next couple of weeks, as I find the photos that I need to save, then I save them.  They are buried within folder (and are currently in a RAW format). Is there a way to change the Save As menu to be JPEG by default instead of JPEG 2000?   That's how it was for about 20 years, and now there is a different defualt and it's really slowing down my work.   I wouldn't mind using JPEG 2000, but InDesign cannot read a JPEG 2000, so I must save it as JPEG. ... Try running Autotag on the document. For some reapson, Acrobat often inserts hard returns at line breaks. I think that Autotag might take care of that. ... View more
