Hi, I can see from your log files that your running into this issue: Request Failed. ErrorCode: 504 message: HTTP Status 5xx (Server Error). HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Timeout. There seems to be something stoping you from connection to Creative Cloud, your computer is trying to connect but can for some reason. Are you having networks issues right now?, this is the only thing I can think of that would be stopping you other than a firewall or antivirus. Could you try again or try on another machine? CJournalDB::IsEntryPending: error is 'SQL logic error or missing database' with query 'database access failed Then your getting: Request Failed. ErrorCode: 504 message: HTTP Status 5xx (Server Error). HTTP/1.1 504 Gateway Timeout. We can quickly fix this by using this method. Go to your Creative Cloud folder and right click on any file. When the context menu is visible click shift on your keyboard and click "View on webisite' then release the shift button. This will re created your local database. Hi, We are unable to solve issues that are related to your internal/external network or issues on your computer, the issue is that your getting network error unable to connect to server, which are in turn stopping you from connection to Creative Cloud.
