Hi, As of now we are aware of the issue on "Samsung S4" and "Note 4" devices. We believe that this issue is specific to high end Samsung devices having Android L. Although the issue is working fine on Nexus 5 having Android L. We are investigating the issue further. Hope this helps. Thanks, Adobe Air Team

Hi, One possible reason is that you phone is having Android version < 4.x. Video texture is supported only on Android devices having android 4.0 and above.
