When I use photoshop 2018, I get a blue screen and my computer freezes and I have to reboot. It happens when I'm in the middle of using the program or right after I get out of photoshop. Whats going on?

I have two banner texts on my page H1 and below it, I have smaller text. I would like to make the smaller text just like the H1. I tried to fix it but nothing.
