The buttons built into RoboHelp are Next In The Browse Sequence and Previous In The Browse Sequence. What you are seeking is Next and Previous in terms of the topics viewed by the user, not the same thing.   Breadcrumbs simply show where you are and you can use them to go back. I was wrong to say that @Jeff_Coatsworth recalled correctly.   I think most RoboHelp users let their users rely on the browsers Next/Previous buttons. You can of course create your own buttons but you would need a developer or some googling for the underlying code. Yes they need to be bookmarked otherwise how is the map id going to know where to go?   Test it and post back. Please use the photo icon to insert images within the post. Seeing an image inline with the text makes it easier for anyone answering or viewing the post.   Both images have the tab name TMG Enroll. One shows a shaded header and footer plus the default text when you apply a topic layout to a new topic. You don't need to ask someone to respond, someone will if they have the answer.   I think you are talking about text popups. These are not a feature of the new versions of RoboHelp. Each of the supplied skins has been designed and then linked by Adobe to different backends. Even if you could create a new template that looks as you want, you would not be able to link it. That means you would have to customise an existing template. I believe this is an issue related to where you are running the CHMs (on a server) rather than the upgrade to Windows 11.   See https://www.grainge.org/General_Authoring/CHMs/CHMs_on_a_Network.htm where you will see that following an Microsoft update some twenty years ago, CHMs would not work comfortably on a server. There were solutions but you will see that a few years back those did not work either.   Now the CHM must be installed on the user's desktop. I think you need to discuss with your developers where the app the CHM reside. Part of that conversation could be moving to a Frameless output. Going forward Adobe will be focussing development on frameless outputs so I recommend considering frameless templates for your project. Other than bug fixes, it is unlikely there will be any changes to HTML5 outputs.
