Greg, I am curious. I have Windows-10 with a home WiFi network. My iPhone-5 can connect to the WiFi and sync my Lightroom 'mobile' collections. Has the OP  Saaraaaa, been successful in restoring the presets? Was a LR re-install done? Just Shoot Me- must certainly be seeing leftovers from a previous install (2011?) as in the screen-clip post#10. In Windows-10, I cannot find anywhere the LR default presets folders (B&W Filter..., etc). If I create a new catalog, and check "store presets with the catalog", then delete the Presets folders using file explorer, re-start Lightroom, the default Presets folders are re-created. I think something is wrong with your folder structure- All presets folders should exist within the [Lightroom] folder. There should not be a folder called [Lightroom Presets]  unless this is a Mac thing- if someone can set me straight. So you folder structure, taken from your screen clip, looks like this- with folder path: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets/Lightroom Presets\...Presets.  I believe this is incorrect. "Edit Original" means - edit the TIFF file without applying Lightroom adjustments, so in Photoshop you will see the TIFF image exactly as it was in Photoshop when Photoshop edited it previously. I have seen Jared Platt on CreativeLIve recommend- 1. Select a FOLDER and images in the Master LR catalog that is a 'JOB' or 'Project' to be archived. 2. Export as a Catalog INCLUDING "Negatives"- saving the exported 'Job' catalog to an external drive that will be an archive. (or then copy to a DVD.  One DVD for each job?) 3. Remove the selected folder in the Master LR catalog. (LR protects folders from deletion should they contain non-image files) 4. Copy any relevant non-image files (word documents, copyright release forms, etc) from internal to the external archive. 5. Delete the selected folder from the internal Hard-drive using Explorer/Finder. This method will archive all images with a corresponding catalog that can be accessed at any time in the future should the need arise, and remove them from the Master Catalog and computer hard-drive memory. The Master catalog has the advantage that all the Preferences and Presets are always available for your workflow and is used to Import then 'Export as Catalog' each job  as you wish to 'remove' it from the Master. What kind of preset is it? A Develop preset? Those are the most common, but there are also Export, External Editor, FTP, Filter, Import, Local Adjustment, and Metadata presets. And maybe others.
