Hi it's a realtek hd ,just update drivers ,nothing only audition and premiere don't work correctly I don't know exactly the model from speccy it's a Realtek High Definition Audio but I guess it's audition cc , just becase all the programs work perfectly I have any devide made by creative labs really can't understand it are some bugs in the cc 2015.5 , 2015 and 2014 with windows 10? @SteveG_AudioMasters_ wrote: Why are you not saying what your sound device is? Hi I did it , I tried Attempt to force hardware to document sample rate and or use machine specific defaults but can't understand why audition cc does want to work with 44.100 reset preferences could fix it? are  there some iusses with w10 and and some cc version? Hi may i ask you a question ? i have a tape voice recording to clean up may i know the right approach ? 1) use spectral view and select the noise for NR 2)  use noise reduction NR using Shift+P , with no aggressive parameters and run it several times might you suggest the good parameters not aggressive? and avoid the automatic noise reduction like sound remover and the adatptive noise reduction thanks ... Hi Steve the audio material are voice recording clips but mostly denoisers do create audio artefacts when i try to remove it , the voice i have tried the audition cc noise reduction , sound remover and the adatptive noise reduction , and i have tried the trial version of Acon denoise ,izotope rx 7 spectral denoiser without a very clean audio(i guess it's the lastest and the only plugin to remove noise from izotepe) and an amazing plugin called Accusonus denoiser the audition cc automatic denoiser are not so good compared to the others Quote "If you subtract noise from noise you end up with - noise!" -> it was a old skill used with cool edit pro in the past   ps i really miss the forum dedicated to audition "master" , really amazing forum with lots of information ,i missed ... hi i did exactly what have you suggested i tried mixer ,and enable reverse polarity , nothing i used channel mixer with your settings nothing i guess there is sometime wrong on my windows 10 , sadly only cc 2014 worked great without a glitch ,but i have uninstalled years ago can do it with audacity , and with reaper too but no way with audition cc i can record a video to show you that doesn't work on my machine , i will try on my imac too! ... hi i can't use invert in the multi track I did exacly the same like the video i extract an audio file with eac wave, converted in flac and in apple aac/mp4 320k and mp3 320k with the lastest lame.exe 64bit i added the wave on the first track in  the multi track and the aac/mp4 320k on the second track but nothing , can't obtain the subtraction for the wav from the apple aac file i did this too load the wave in the waveform , invert -> insert in multi track with audition it was so easy , loaded the wave , invert , second track the mp4 , and i can hear the differences and save i would like to obtain wave or flac - aac = have the results thanks Steve   ... hi yes i use this but i would like a brush that let me click once and keep clicking (not click several/many times the mouse) and increse the color in short i would love to  have a brush that when i click start to paint with  a very light gray(black) and keeping the mouse pressed it become gradually black i guess the best is have brush with these settings the flow set to 10 + airbrush style built up effect is there a way to controll to slower or faster the flow feature?  i mean i keep clicking and the brush paints faster or slower the black i have done what do you have suggested above 3. Change the Blending mode in the Layers panel from Normal to Overlay. The Background image will return although you will be working on 50% gray layer. 4. Do not use the Dodge and Burn tools. Choose the Brush tool. 5. Painting in white will Dodge (lighten) the area, Black will Burn (darken) the area. Strike the D key to place Black as the Foreground color and White as the Background color.
